I am happy for all my Khoycompany product.
If I cut change one ting it Will be the zipper on the cushin. If you drag the cushin away fram the sofabed the zipper kills the fabriks and it looks not nice after.
So maby a zipper pocket to precetkt the sofabed fram a Young death.
The sofa bed is well made and the quality is very good. Assembly was straightforward and easy. Everything is as expected, and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I’m very satisfied with this purchase!
I couldn't be happier with my Khoy sofa! Not only is the product high-quality, stylish, and beautifully made, but the comfort level is the ultimate "Goldilocks" zone—not too soft, not too firm, just absolute perfection. It's so comfortable that I would gladly sleep on it myself, so I know my guests are going to love it just as much. The customer support has been nothing short of extraordinary. A massive shout-out to Aapo, who provided truly personalized help: when there was a minor mix-up at the warehouse, he rectified it effortlessly, and when I needed to switch colors mid-process, he handled the adjustment with total professionalism, incredible efficiency, and a fantastic attitude. I also want to give a huge thank you to Kalle, who went above and beyond to help me apply a sale discount after I realised I had ordered just a few days before. That incredible sense of fairness and customer care endeared the company to me even more—I am officially a huge fan! Thank you, Khoy, Aapo, and Kalle, for making this experience so seamless. I’m looking forward to years of wonderful, restful sleeps and cozy lounging—and I'm sure my future guests will thank you, too!
I just love my new khoy sofa bed king. Clear design, easy unboxing. The colour - warm olive green - is very beautiful and responds nicely to different lighting situations, the fabric high quality. But back to the beginning: The two carton packages are easy to handle and the instruction totally clear - in word and picture. The included safety cutter is great too. And on top the sofa is totally comfortable - i highly recommend it!
Kiva, moderni vuodetuoli.
Worth the wait! After an awful experience with the French delivery service (who held part of the parcel for no reason), we finally received our Sofa Bed — Queen size, olive green. It's a masterpiece of engineered design: easy to set up, really comfy to sleep on, and it fits perfectly in our dedicated room.
A special shoutout to the customer service team, who handled the situation so well and made a very kind commercial gesture!
VERAMENTE BRAVI!
Sofa entspricht unseren Vorstellungen.
