Return & Cancellation Policy
At KHOY, we want shopping to be simple and worry-free. That's why we offer a 90-Day Risk-Free Trial and free returns on all eligible orders.
Order Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order that has not yet been delivered, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
To request a cancellation, email us at support@khoyfurniture.com. We will review your request and process the cancellation if the order has not yet entered the final stages of fulfillment or delivery.
When Your Order Arrives
Please inspect your order upon delivery to ensure all items are correct and in good condition.
If you notice any damage, defects, or missing items, please document the issue and contact our support team as soon as possible at support@khoyfurniture.com.
90-Day Returns
If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it free of charge within 90 days of receiving your order.
Returns can be initiated through your customer account. You can access your account through the "View Order" link included in your order confirmation email. From there, select Return Request and follow the instructions provided.
Once your return request is submitted, our logistics team will coordinate the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
Sofa Returns
If your return includes a sofa, you do not need to package the item. Our logistics team will handle packaging and collection arrangements.
Accessory Returns
If your return includes accessories only, please pack the item(s) securely, preferably in the original packaging, and take them to the carrier location specified in your return instructions.
If you are able to print the return label we provide, please attach it to the package. If printing is not available, simply present the return information and label provided by our team at the designated drop-off location.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be in substantially the same condition as when received.
Reasonable signs of normal use during the 90-day trial period are acceptable. However, products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, alteration, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.
Depending on your financial institution, additional processing time may apply before the refund appears in your account.
