What should I do if my sofa bed cover has wrinkles after unpacking?

It’s normal for the covers to have some wrinkles when you first unpack them, as they arrive neatly folded for shipping. Most wrinkles will naturally smooth out within a few days as the fabric settles. If you’d like to speed things up, simply use a handheld steamer to gently relax the fabric. A few light passes should have your sofa bed looking smooth and ready to enjoy.

What sizes are available?

KHOY offers sofa beds in king, queen, double, and single sizes, along with a pouf.

Bed sizes are the following:

King-size: 180 x 200 cm
Queen-size: 160 x 200 cm
Double-size: 140x200 cm
Single-size: 100 x 200 cm
Pouf: 100 x 200 cm

How are KHOY sofa beds delivered?

The king and queen-size sofa beds are delivered in two boxes, each weighing up to 20 kg, making them easy to transport. The single-size and pouf sofa beds are delivered in a single box and weigh up to 20 kg.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within the EU and Switzerland typically takes two weeks. KHOY provides free shipping and returns, so you can shop with confidence.

When will my order be shipped?

If the estimated delivery time is within two weeks, orders are shipped weekly on Thursdays. Orders placed by Sunday will be dispatched on the following Thursday. If the estimated delivery time is 3–8 weeks, one or more items in your order are currently out of stock. Your order will be shipped as soon as the products are back in stock.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. As we use multiple courier companies depending on the destination, please check your shipping confirmation to see which courier is handling your delivery, and use the provided tracking number on their tracking portal.

Will the shipping company contact me?

Our shipping partners are Itella and Posti in the Baltic countries, DPD elsewhere in the EU, and UPS in Switzerland. All of our courier partners, excluding Itella, allow you to adjust the delivery date through their online portal using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Couriers do not make additional pre-calls before delivery, but they will provide an estimated delivery timeframe once your shipment is on its way.

What happens if I am not home when they deliver my order?

The courier will make one additional delivery attempt, usually on the following day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcels will be forwarded to a nearby pickup point, where they can be collected within 6 days.

Can I change the delivery date?

Yes. If you would like your order to be delivered later, you can use the Earliest Delivery Date option at checkout. We recommend selecting the Monday of the week when you are available to receive your order, so the delivery can be scheduled for that week.

Once your order has been shipped, further adjustments to the delivery date can be made through the courier’s online portal using your tracking information.

Please note that we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date before the parcels have reached their final destination area, as the exact delivery schedule is determined by the courier.

I received some of my order, but where are the rest of the products?

Sometimes parcels may be separated during processing at parcel centers, and unfortunately, this is outside of our control. We kindly recommend double-checking your tracking numbers (one tracking number corresponds to one parcel; two tracking numbers indicate two parcels, etc.). If the tracking shows all parcels as delivered but you are still missing an item, please contact us at info@khoycompany.com.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, KHOY offers a 2-year warranty on all sofa beds, providing additional peace of mind for customers.

How comfortable are KHOY sofa beds?

KHOY dual-layer mattresses include a 15cm base layer categorized as 'Mid-Firm', combined with a 4cm memory foam layer that adapts to individual body structure, providing a comfortable sleeping experience.

Are the covers removable and washable?

Yes, the covers are removable and machine-washable at 30°C, making them ideal for families with children or pets. You can easily swap out covers to refresh your sofa bed’s look.

What colors and fabrics are available?

KHOY sofa beds come in various colors, such as light grey, terracotta brown, ocean blue, off-white, and chanterelle yellow. The fabrics are eco-friendly and highly durable, with a Martindale rating of over 100,000 rubs.

Is assembly required?

No assembly is required. The vacuum-packed sofa beds are ready to use after a simple dress-up procedure. Please see the instruction video in the videos section.

What is KHOY’s return policy?

KHOY offers a 90-day risk-free return policy, covering the cost of delivery and pickup with a shipping company. You can confidently buy without seeing the product in person.

How does the return process work if I’m not satisfied with my order?

You can submit a return request yourself through your own customer account. You can access your customer account f.ex. through a “View Order” button in your order confirmation and pressing in opening window “Return Request” button. Information about return requests comes then to our logistics team and they take care of return logistics.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
