What is KHOY?
KHOY is a Finnish furniture brand creating thoughtfully designed, vacuum-packed furniture for modern living. Our sofa beds combine Scandinavian design, everyday functionality, and exceptional comfort—all in a compact package that’s easier to deliver and move into your home.
Designed in Finland and made in Europe, KHOY sofa beds are built to work beautifully as both a sofa and a comfortable place to sleep.
What makes KHOY sofa beds more sustainable?
We’ve designed KHOY with both your home and the planet in mind.
Our upholstery fabrics are made from 100% recycled PET bottles, and vacuum-packing dramatically reduces the amount of space each sofa bed takes up during transportation. This allows us to transport more products in less space and can reduce transportation-related carbon emissions by approximately 50–80%.
It also means your new sofa arrives in surprisingly compact boxes—no oversized furniture delivery required.
Where are KHOY sofa beds designed and made?
Every KHOY sofa bed is designed in Finland and manufactured in Europe using carefully selected materials and manufacturing partners.
Comfort & Everyday Use
How comfortable are KHOY sofa beds?
We designed KHOY to be genuinely comfortable for both sitting and sleeping—not simply a sofa with an occasional guest bed hidden inside.
The dual-layer mattress features a 6-inch medium-firm base layer topped with 1.5 inches of memory foam. Together, they create a supportive, medium-firm feel with enough softness to stay comfortable whether you’re lounging, sitting, or sleeping.
What sizes are available?
KHOY sofa beds are available in familiar U.S. sleeping sizes:
King: 71 × 79 in
Queen: 63 × 79 in
Full (Double): 55 × 79 in
Twin (Single):39 × 79 in
Is assembly required?
Very little.
The main sofa bed requires no tools or complicated assembly. Simply unpack it, allow it to expand, and put on the covers.
If you choose the optional frame, you’ll just need to fasten a few screws. All necessary tools are included.
Why does my sofa or cover look wrinkled after unpacking?
It’s normal for the covers to have some wrinkles when you first unpack them, as they arrive neatly folded for shipping. Most wrinkles will naturally smooth out within a few days as the fabric settles. If you’d like to speed things up, simply use a handheld steamer to gently relax the fabric. A few light passes should have your sofa bed looking smooth and ready to enjoy.
Are the covers removable and washable?
Yes. KHOY covers are removable and designed to make everyday life a little easier.
Machine wash them at home in cold water on a delicate cycle using a gentle, dye-free detergent, then allow them to air dry.
What colors and fabrics are available?
Our current collection includes Light Gray, Terracotta Brown, Ocean Blue, Off-White, and Chanterelle Yellow.
And there’s more coming—we’ll be introducing new colors in fall 2026.
How durable are KHOY sofa beds?
KHOY sofa beds are designed for everyday life.
Our upholstery fabrics withstand more than 100,000 Martindale abrasion cycles, and the foam construction is designed to provide lasting support and comfort for years of use.

Are KHOY sofa beds tested for safety and durability?
Yes. KHOY sofa beds are independently tested for safety, durability, and material composition. They meet the U.S. federal flammability requirements 16 CFR Parts 1632 and 1633 and have also passed EN 12520 testing for the safety, strength, and durability of domestic seating furniture. Our filling materials have also been independently tested by IDFL in the United States.
Shipping & Delivery
How are KHOY sofa beds delivered?
This is where KHOY is a little different from traditional furniture.
Our sofa beds are compressed and vacuum-packed into compact boxes, making them much easier to ship, carry, and maneuver through doors, hallways, elevators, and stairs.
King and Queen sofa beds arrive in two boxes, with each box weighing up to approximately 40 lbs. Twin (Double), Full (Single) sofa beds and poufs arrive in one box weighing up to approximately 40 lbs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within the United States mainland is free.
And if KHOY isn’t right for you, return shipping and pickup are free during your 90-day trial period as well.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within the United States typically takes 1–2 weeks.
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you tracking information so you can follow its journey to your home.
When will my order ship?
We move quickly. Orders are typically shipped within one business day after they’re received.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information.
If your order includes multiple boxes, you may receive more than one tracking number.
Will the carrier contact me before delivery?
Depending on the carrier and your delivery location, you may receive email or text updates about your shipment and expected delivery.
What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?
No worries—you don’t need to be home to receive your KHOY delivery. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the carrier will typically leave the packages at your front door.
Your tracking information will provide the latest details about your delivery.
Can I change my delivery date?
Delivery instructions can also be added during checkout.
Depending on the carrier, you may be able to adjust your delivery preferences after your order has shipped.
Where is my package?
The quickest way to check is through the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.
If something doesn’t look right or your shipment hasn’t moved for an unusual amount of time, contact us at support@khoyfurniture.com, and we’ll be happy to help.
I received only part of my order. Where is the rest?
Don’t worry, larger KHOY sofa beds are shipped in multiple boxes, and occasionally those boxes travel separately and arrive at different times.
Check the tracking numbers in your shipping confirmation to see the status of each package.
Returns, Cancellations & Warranty
Can I try KHOY at home?
Yes, and we want you to have enough time to really live with it.
Every KHOY sofa bed comes with a 90-day risk-free home trial. Try it as a sofa, sleep on it, lounge on it, and see how it works in your home.
If you decide KHOY isn’t right for you during the trial period, return shipping and pickup are free.
What is KHOY’s return policy?
You have 90 days to try your KHOY sofa bed at home.
If you decide it isn’t the right fit, you can request a return during the trial period, and we’ll arrange free return shipping and pickup.
How do I start a return?
You can submit a return request through your customer account using the View Order link in your order confirmation.
From there, follow the instructions to start your return.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ll make it right.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible at support@khoyfurniture.com and include photos of both the product and the packaging. Our team will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
Does KHOY come with a warranty?
Yes. All KHOY sofa beds are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
