Orders

Product availability, pricing, and estimated delivery times are displayed on the website and may change without notice.
Promotional codes, discounts, and vouchers are valid only as specified and may not be combined unless expressly stated. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion.
A binding purchase agreement is formed once you receive an order confirmation from us. Ownership of products transfers to the customer only after full payment has been received.

Our furniture products are designed to be used directly on residential flooring surfaces. Depending on flooring materials, underfloor heating systems, environmental conditions, and normal use, some flooring may experience wear, discoloration, indentations, or other changes over time.
Customers are responsible for determining whether their flooring is suitable and for using appropriate floor protection when desired. KOTA DESIGN STUDIO LLC is not responsible for damage to flooring or underlying surfaces resulting from the use of our products.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We work with third-party shipping and logistics providers to deliver orders.
Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages and during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to factors outside our control.
We reserve the right to ship products in multiple shipments when necessary.
KOTA DESIGN STUDIO LLC shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain interruptions, governmental actions, or other force majeure events.

Refunds will be processed according to our Return & Cancellation Policy and will be issued to the original payment method.
Any product warranty offered by KHOY is subject to the terms and limitations provided with the applicable product.
